Halls Defense NOT Gluten Free

Halls Defense is not safely gluten free for Celiacs. I called on March 4, 2014, and was told that some of their suppliers use flavorings that they cannot guarantee to be gluten free.

I contacted the good folks at Colgate-Palmolive to inquire about their gluten free products today. The consumer representative quickly emailed me the following: Dear Mr Wood: Thank you for asking about grain-derived ingredients in Colgate-Palmolive products. Listerine Mouthwash Has No Gluten Ingredients

I called Listerine today (February 16, 2011) and was told that there are no gluten ingredients in their mouthwashes, but they don't test for gluten and do not guarantee that there is no cross-contamination. I have asked for information regarding the safety measures they take to prevent cross contamination.
